Podcasting the Show

Those of you who had previously decided to download Ostrobogulous as an AwesomeCast instead of manually grabbing the mp3 might have noticed a couple of WEIRD THINGS happening.

I had been using Mega Upload to host our show files while I looked around for something better.  Unfortunately, I didn’t consider the impact on the feed when I did so.  The Mega Upload links weren’t direct links to mp3 files so the feed for the blog didn’t contain mp3 data.  This meant that the AwesomeCast never updated in iTunes/WhateverWare.

I’m pretty sure that Andrew Ferguson is the only one who actually uses my feed in iTunes instead of a feed reader for the song files and he has graciously offered to host the files for us.  I had asked him if he would earlier but it takes a little self-interest to give him a real impetus.

I kid.  He’s a rad dude.

Anyway, rambling aside.  While updating the links to my new hosting, I mis-linked the Internet Songs show file and you may have gotten the wrong file for that show.  If that’s the case, you may want to manually download the mp3 from the above link.
